5 weeks out from Doncaster comp, thought Id start posting a weekly progress pic to motivate myself ( and pos others) going for miss Toned. Cutting diet taking a serious step up this week, turkey steak and egg white for breakie, 200g of seafood sticks at 10 am, 12, 2, 4 = chicken and rice time, white fish and green vege for dinner. Boiled egg whites and celery to snack on...lets hope for an improvement by next week...anyone with any cutting tips?
