Personally I would have gone with Thurston, an iconic name in American culture. We believe building relationships with our customers is key. We want them to have a great experience, not a typical service tech one. We ask our techs to be friendly, polite and to smile.If there are pets involved, pet them dont kick them, they too are part of the family. Last week one of our techs was told to be careful of the family dog, he is a bit aggressive if he doesnt know you. So after chatting with the home owner for a few minutes, enter the dog. A few sniffs later the tech is on his knees petting the dog, his tail is wagging (the dogs), and all is well. In fact the dog follows his new friend around the house for an hour. After all the work was complete, our man said his goodbyes, shook the customers hand, gave the pooch one last pat on the head and walked out of the house towards his truck. Half way to the truck the dog bolts out of the house and turns into Cujo. The homeowner is yelling and the tech is in a foot race with the dog to his truck. A few hours later our tech left Insta-care with a wrapped and bloodied ankle. We are rethinking the get to know the family pet thing.
