500 Daily Broke Most people are broke. Some know it, some don’t. Too many try to hide it. Even if only one gives into it, it’s one too much. Lets look at broke. Broken, in certain ways, is the same as broke. If it doesn’t work, especially, after you tried hard to fix it is broken/broke. Save for parts or dispose. Point is, in its current state, it is shot! Still, hoarders, hold on . Hard to give up and let go of just about anything. Best excuse to hold on, is that it will be worth money someday. Someday when? Broken for the most part, doesn’t increase in value; perhaps sentimentally, that is another story. Hard to throw it away ..it contains all those memories. Hitler’s family members, changed their names and such. Wonder if any saved any of his memorabilia? Poor brother Adolf .. so misunderstood ..he was only trying to make the world a better place .. and who else could have led the Third Reich for its planned millennium?. Germany might have been broke before the war, it wound up totally broke and devastated, after the war. Broke/broken on every level. Today, and for quite some time, we incorporate the word broke, when it is equated to or with money. Broke though, has a strange call. You see it is true, that people can be broke on various levels. A few decades ago, The ‘Donald’ Trump, was broke. Trump being broke, and Joe schmoe being broke can be miles apart. While Donald Trump, may not have been destitute, he didn’t have any money. Trump begged on the phone, while Joe Schmoe, had to begin wiping headlights of cars that were stopped for a red light. Did you ever suffer from a broken heart? In retrospect, some might even state, that their broken heart, was a good thing. Maybe, even one of the best things that could have happened. They are now glad probably, for many reasons that they didn’t stay with the heart breaker. Others have had lives that resemble a broken down country song. Or even a song like Richard Harris’s and Jim Webb’s was it ..? Yes, Jim Webb - MacArthur’s Park. ‘ ..and after all the loves of my life ..yes, after all the loves of my life, I’ll still be thinking of you ..and wondering why..’ Broke ..broken .. Some of us can’t ever seem to break out of the poverty; broke syndrome. We just never get too far from it. Tell ya this much, contrary to the beliefs of some, it ain’t romantic. Maybe, if you knew that being broke was only temporary. Like if you Knew that you were going to run into some guaranteed money, it could be. Nah, the romanticism, is in a genuine struggle. If that is your idea of romantic. Ever spend time with the homeless? When you get to meet a few people that are homeless, you will be amazed. Homelessness could happen, in the blink of an eye. So try hard not to judge. For many a reason, sometimes being broke is a destiny.
