501(c)(3): How to consolidate power and control over charity, - TopicsExpress

501(c)(3): How to consolidate power and control over charity, traditionally a voluntary church function, for the purpose of implementing a political agenda. A 501(c)(3) creates a not-for-profit corporate entity (a composite person) under the XIV amendment subject to National Laws, not common law. National law has many characteristics of Napoleonic law where your rights are not inherent but granted by the state. This is how they infringe upon all social associations and especially have targeted churches because your rights come from GOD, however YOU define that, and are inalienable (irrevocable). If the state grants your rights, it can just as easily take them away. If the state can control religious associations by the laws ruling 501(c)(3)s, they can control what GOD is being worshiped through the prohibition of certain speech, press and etc., under the I Amendment and therefore stop any popular collective dissent by terms of the contract signed by 501(c)(3) application. A legal fiction, corporate person, has been created under national (maritime and admiralty law) law by your consent which was fraudulently cultivated. Try stepping outside that box, and they will use their ever growing monopoly on force to maintain control.
