504 update....went to district last week and the school said they were not aware of concerns...good thing I have documentation to prove otherwise! I sent an email to district, Principal, Asst principal, guidance and school psychologist. it stated I was made to feel very uncomfortable at the last review, that I still had concerns in regards to Spanish, and that I wanted to review the list I want of accommodations and how they correspond to his current accommodations. I also made it very clear that I was well aware of my rights and that if the school did not cooperate I had no problem escalating it to an outside party! We have a meeting set a week from Friday!
