5210 Let’s Go is a nationally recognized Childhood Obesity Prevention Program. Our goal is to increase physical activity and healthy eating for all children regardless of their current weight by reaching families where they live, learn, work and play. Children are less physically active and eat unhealthier now than in years past. They spend too much time watching tv, playing video games, on the computer, phone etc. How can we as parents stop this cycle?
