540p So having recently discovered that there is a wonderful long heated community pool here where I live, I decided to do my best Michael Phelps impersonation and do some Laps...I was dead at 8...maybe thats why the dude smokes? Lol. Losing weight, is one thing. But if you want to know if youre in shape or not, laps in the pool will give you a good gauge. No cramps, but man, Im feeling like maybe I need to take up that challenge as well. Gonna look up some pool routines. SMH. lol. It was a beautiful time with the princesses though. :)
