[#5475] Im the one from a few posts back who was asking about leaving Islam. I wanted to clarify some things. It was unfortunately not a troll. This is my life. It was frustrating to see so many people telling me to educate myself. I have read the Quran and its translations. Yes there are verses about love and peace, but I also read of intolerance. No I do not think its a violent religion. I do however think it is a religion like any other; intolerant and corrupt. Just because there are liberal minded muslims does not mean anything. People are people and some are open minded while others are not. Stop painting islam as the best religion in the world. Perhaps once we all realize and admit the faults on our beliefs we can coexist.
