561. Staff Crit/ Review + Assessment with comments and constructive criticism: 1. Leo Sir - From our survey we found Leo Sir has the biggest fan following. For ensuring everyone passes structures and being such a chilled out person. We only wish you help other staff realised that this is a college not a school. No complaints at all.(Whistle Podu). 92 out of 100. 2.Sarah Maaam - You are a badass. We like how you motivate even the dullest amongst us to do well. You connect well and are the only staff in Measi who respects submission deadlines. Although we are not too pleased with the way our studio sessions are conducted. Please get more involved and not be so aloof. Negatives: Too much Mallu bias. 70 out of 100. 3. Khalid Sir - Off late you have started understanding students better and are helping many of us understand and explore design ideas. We really appreciate that. But your mussolini style of running studios doesnt work. No one can design while standing in attention and not moving their heads. Please calm down and be more student friendly. You will find many of us would love to talk to you and discuss so many things. 71.5 out of 100. (extra 5 for your uber cool beard) 4. Subashree Maam - Till date you have allowed students to do their best without interfereing with the designs. This is both good and bad. For the good students this is the best approach. But many weaker students could use a lot lot more help. Your theory classes are fun and we appreciate the fact that you understand that we want to just pass them. 74.5 out of 100. 5. Bijli Sir - Again who doesnt love Bijli Sir? You connect well with almost every student and are so relaxed and understanding. Theory classes are a fantastic and your notes make exams easy to clear. Design studio though could use some improvement. Please give us more inputs and actually critique the designs more. Please be more design oriented rather than asking us to clarify with JS sir. Knowing you, we are sure you will take any criticism well and continue being awesome. 84.5 out of 100. 6. Mr Roshan Toshniwal - Ok sir we know your from CEPT. But why dont you want to talk to us. Your always full of tension, anger and walking like your planning a nuclear attack on some country. We could learn a lot if we spoke and actually discussed more. But you take theory classes also with one military style of doing things. All things aside we think if you were more calm life would be better for all of us. 65 out of 100. 7. Anuradha Maam - From everything you say and your degrees we expect a lot more from you maam. We have mixed reviews about your style of teaching. You must understand that students want to like you, but you make it very hard. This is not a school and the faster you undertand that the better it is for all of us. Extreme favouritism and bias are a big problem. Also JS sir is NOT the answer to everything. We cannot be designing like a B.E.Civil degree. It is after all an architecture course. Some students love you, the others detest you. Please find a balance. 55 out of 100 8. Joseph Sir - You sir are a guru. You used to be so passionate and be the such an awesome teacher. So many alumi have written in saying how you have actually been one of the few people to teach them what little they know about design. You allow students to understand and percieve space better. Also we love your history classes. A professor we always look up too for advice and someone who will critique a design masterfully. Please dont give in to the Measi way of life and bring back that excitement you once had. 95.5 out of 100. 9. Priya Maam - You take very interactive and fun theory classes. We also appreciate the fact that you are one of the few who encourages competitions along with Subashree maam. Please continue to do so. Without NASA and other related competitions most of are going mad. On the other hand we see you involved in a lot of Measi Politics. And that has made many people unhappy. We only wish we could trust you more without you taking things straight to the management and then being a goody two shoes. When it comes to design we would be happy if you could come up with suggestions rather than taking us to Anwar Sir or JS. Otherwise no complaints. We enjoy your MnC classes the most. 69 out of 100.
