5th Amendment consideration: Recently I purchased from Amazon, a paperback discussing Restoring the American Republic. The author is Mark Levin; the title is: The Liberty Amendments; it is very well written in my humble opinion. The basic premise is the call for a Constitutional Convention of States. The Fifth Amendment tells how. Each Independent Republic State Legislature to needs to pass the call for a Constitutional Convention of States. The great Independent Republic Sovereign State of Georgia was the first to complete this action. More States are contemplating this same action. By providing this alert, Mark Levin is suggesting for us local citizens of each Independent Republic Sovereign State put forth some effort with our directly elected Legislature members to prompt this same passage for the call of a Constitutional Convention of States. Hopefully, the convention can be held in 2016. This fellow Patriot, a 75 year young Vietnam Vet & Agent Orange survivor, hopes to physically see the results of using the Constitution and Bill of Rights to Restore the American Republic without bloodshed.
