5th Circuit Court upheld Texas right to control womens health care over a large area of Texas by striking down an injuction preventing Texas controling admitting procedures for doctors practices to area hospitals. The 5th Circuit has been and continues to show it is a rubber stamp for governmental grabs of human rights. How bad is this court, they could have made the reversal retro-active and been in compliance with their rulings.
