This will result in a return to onshore flow by early this evening. As a result...moisture will increase as well as shower and thunderstorm chances...as a coastal trough and warm front develop near the coast on Monday. Another cold front is expected Tuesday morning with moderate to occasionally strong offshore flow developing in its wake and lasting through the day. The flow will then weaken by Wednesday and gradually become east through Thursday. Drier conditions are expected Tuesday night through Thursday. _____________________________ Matagorda Bay- Today East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast in the afternoon.
