6/10 - The Monuments Men - A compelling Story that deserves to have been done by someone else but it was nice to see Bill Murray. The Monuments Men is based on a true story about a group of men who were tasked to save historical and cultural pieces of art that have been stolen by the Nazis during World war two. Directed/screenplay by George Clooney, staring himself, Matt Damon, Bill Murray, John Goodman, Jean Dujardin, Bob Balaban, Hugh Bonneville and Cate Blanchett. At most moments of the film its quite shameful; using comedy as a tool to depict the story doesnt really work but the characters do a passable job of entertainment. Its mainly Oceans 11 in a WW2 film.
