Keys: *Keep your upper abdominals braced (like you are going to get punched in the stomach). *keep your low back into the floor. If you cant drop your legs without arching your back, dont lower the leg as much. *make it harder? Place a Swiss/Stability ball in the middle, keep it elevated with the hand/knee that are in the upward position. Also, slow and control are the key factors. This is NOT about how fast you can do the movement, but to maintain control, and keeping your low back glued to the ground. Bellybutton to the spine, spine to the ground.
