6/25/2014 GameChanger Auto Summary Waukee Warriors Varsity cruises past Fort Dodge, 6-0 Waukee Warriors Varsity pounded Fort Dodge on Wednesday 6-0 at Fort Dodge in seven innings. Waukee scored two runs in the first on an RBI double by Matt Hoeg and an RBI single by Matt Corbett. Malik Moore racked up two RBIs on three hits for Waukee. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the third and seventh innings. Waukee’s Matt Mullenbach kept Fort Dodge off the scoreboard for all seven innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on five hits while striking out six. #11 took the loss for Fort Dodge. He lasted four innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs. One Waukee base runner came all the way around to score in each of the third, fourth, fifth, and seventh. In the third, the Warriors scored on an RBI single by Malik, scoring Matt Hoeg. In the fourth, the Warriors scored on a sacrifice fly by Nick Moffitt, bringing home Carter Bothwell.
