6/29/2011 **** out of 5 stars from tenant nimali: great clean friendly place for newcomers. rent very reasonable. great location. easy access to public transport. quiet. owner very helpful wont stop until the matter is taken care of. was contemplating about renting a car, but so easy to get to everywhere by bus or train. grocery stores,pharmacy, banks everything nearby. the place even has a private pool in the quiet backyard. owner makes sure other tenants are decent and gave a brief background of them when i moved in, especially since Im a female and safety is a key factor to me. they got the place immediately air conditioned when i requested for it. great simple place to stay. highly recommend it.
