Dr. Supna Alis is a chiropractic kinesiologist and certified nutrition specialist. She and her husband have an office in San Juan Capistrano and have been helping people achieve their health goals for 14 years. She is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health; utilizing nutrition, homeopathy, lifestyle education, and chiropractic treatments. She has a degree in Food and Nutrition and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Our bodies have the innate ability to heal. When we are under stress, this healing process may be limited. Stress can be physical, emotional, chemical, or a combination of the three. When we are under stress, we may experience physical symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, low back pain, stomach problems, muscle tightness, and insomnia...just to name a few. As doctors, it is our job to help your body deal with all these stresses. We are just catalysts working for a higher power. We are only given one body and our body is our true home.
