6 WEEKS 5 DAYS TO GO Every morning when I wake up to do my cardio I remind myself why I do it. It plays a role in me achieving my goal. While doing my cardio I visualise me driving to the venue, the thoughts that go inside my head and even where I park the car. My walk to the venue seeing other familiar faces and walking up the stairs to the concert hall. Getting backstage prepping myself mentally and physically. Putting tan on flexing and pumping. Walking up the next flight of stairs standing behind the curtain then hearing my name to come out and present my work. I visualise how I walk out, how I move, the poses I hit and how I look. I run this through my head every single day. While training I remind myself that my expectations of achieving my best on that day are the results of what I am doing now in this moment. When the time comes to be on stage I will know I gave it my best and present my work knowing that I earned where I am. Happy with where I am at but not satisfied in the slightest. Just under 7 weeks to go sprinting to the finish line.
