She even took an apple to eat at the Cinema instead of mindlessly shoving in popcorn, coke, maltesers etc :) This Long Weekend will be the ultimate test keeping in mind that if you inhale rubbish, you have to burn it off! As humans, most of you can walk or run…if you need to lose body fat % here are a couple of reasons not to indulge too much this weekend. To burn off: *100g bag of potato chips -- walk 3hrs or run 1hr 5mins *Chocolate 60g -- Walk 1.5hr or run 33mins *Premium brand Ice cream 2 scoops -- walk 1hr 26 mins or run 31mins *2 choc biscuits -- walk 1hr 6mins or run 24mins *French Fries -- walk 2hrs 16mins or run 49mins *600ml soft drink -- walk 1 hr 22mins or run 49mins *Glass wine -- walk 40mins or run 14mins Soooooo………if you cant run for that amount of time, you better be coming to TBarre, Step and Booty to burn serious calories!
