6 Week Challenge Starts Monday!! Here are the details...the idea behind the challenge is to set goals for yourself and attain them one by one. You would be amazed at the results you can achieve in 6 weeks! By joining the challenge you are making a commitment to yourself to live healthier, eat cleaner, workout harder. Heres what you are committing to: - Writing down (with an actual pen and paper!) your SPECIFIC goals and how you plan on achieving them. - Attending minimum 3 classes per week - Logging your food (and eating more often and healthier choices) and showing it to me weekly - 50 Burpees per day - 5 minutes of planks per day (broken in 5-50 second rounds) - Posting statuses, encouragements, pictures daily on the Facebook Page (we will set up a separate page for those in the challenge!) - Full body measurements taken before and after challenge - Weekly weigh-ins required! - $25 Entry Fee to join I will also be adding 30 minute Challenge Blast classes on Monday/Wednesday/Friday focusing on specific body parts (these wont count towards your 3 class per week requirement, but they will help you get your in between workouts in and give you that edge to make some pretty awesome changes to your body!) that you as a challenge member will get a discount on (special punchcards will be sold for these classes in packs of 6). We had awesome success with our first 28 day challenge last month, everyone lost inches/pounds and more importantly, felt better!!!
