6 days away before registration starts: The process will be done in 10 phases across the country starting on 22 July 2013 to 4 January 2014 Each phase will be for 14 days irrespective of holidays with 3 day transition period between end & before commencement of the next phase. In February, MEC will receive nominations of candidates who intend to join the race.
