#6 isnt idiotic. Citizens who contribute immensely to the upliftment of the national stature should enjoy extraordinary privileges like tax exemption. Other countries, in fact, grants instant citizenship to people who have excelled in their fields and would be an asset to their image in the international community. If they grant OFWs this privilege why not extend the same to, unarguably, one of the most internationally prominent Filipino of all time?
