6 months on.... How life has changed. I never ever thought a baby could change people so much. On a personal front I never ever thought being a mum would change me as a person! For those that knew me before I was at times a selfish/fun loving/career driven girl who at times would let the smallest things anger me. Now... Im so calm and grounded its unbelievable. I know the journey we are taking is what has been chosen for us. But even when I stand back and look around, I see my parents, the rock hard/tin hearted Stickleys that dont take no crap from no one... Well all except one... Frankie!!! That girl has them BOTH wrapped round their little fingers. My daddy who has always been a teddy bear to us girls is now and even bigger teddy bear, in fact Frankies human toy lol. The giggles he gets are far better than any I do. My mummy who sings to Frankie, lets her punch her/pull her hair/and head butt her still looks at her with eyes of pure love. My sister who dotes on Frankie and totally spoils her rotten, even babysits now (admittedly she still isnt keen on the 💩 but she makes Matt deal with them), and my hubby... Wow!!! What can I say, for the guy that never did well on lack of sleep is now more tuned in and awake than I am. He is amazing and has been my rock through the hardest of times. He keeps me calm when Im stressed to the max by just walking up kissing my forehead and whispering everything is ok, I catch him just staring and smiling at our beautiful baby girl, and boy does she smile back! She loves his birdie whistle and instantly finds him when he walks into a room! 6 months has gone so quickly but we have so much more to look forward to. Its just amazing how far we have come in 6 months and how different we all are as people! Frankie you really have made your mark on all of us... And we couldnt be prouder or more grateful. Thank you baby girl 😘😘😘
