6 sets single arm DB row @120lbs (after full back workout).This is my last set, Im pooped lol so a little looser and more cheating than id like, but Im happy with it. I weigh 135 :) Strength is more than physical. Its continuing even when youre scared, its moving forward when youve been hurt, and its the power to believe and act like everything is going to be okay even when it doesnt feel like it.
