6 years ago today, I was preparing to close on the loan to buy Lamasco Bar and Grill. I was leaving a very different life behind, and Lamasco truly became my own oasis and place of magic, and I think those traits are still the unifying presence that are felt by so many today. Its been a helluva beautiful ride. I have a hard time even finding a way to put the whole of these six years into words. Just a sense of such overwhelming gratitude, love, and thankfulness that it comes spilling out as tears of joy. There are far too many to thank and I could never accurately say what my heart feels. Those that have been so vital to our success, I only hope that I say thank you in little ways daily that add up to this HUGE amount I could never adequately tell you. With construction set to begin on the addition within the next month or so, our story is far from over. With the movement that has become the Franklin Street Events Association and the future for our beautiful little community so bright, I have this sneaky suspicion....were just getting warmed up.
