6 years ago today and once again I find myself amazed that the pain still feels just as real as it did on the day you left us. I miss you so much around this time of year. I know you would be just as crazy as I am about getting the house decorated for Christmas, buying presents, and overall trying to spread some Holiday Cheer. I always wish you would have chose to stay with us for much longer but part of me (the protective big sister part) is relieved that you dont have to face the cruelty of this world anymore. You are in a place devoid of hate, intolerance, and prejudice. You get to spend eternity among the angels and I pray everyday that you will watch over all of us and make the pain of not having you here a little less real. I miss your smile, your stoner laugh, your wit, your hugs, your impressions, your sarcasm, your joy, and ABOVE all I simply miss YOU. You will always be foreveryoung to me Jackson Dale and I love you as high as the sky and always will. Merry Christmas my sweet boy.
