60 Seconds Time Out – Athletes/Organizations Behaving Badly – so the NFL thought it was a good idea to use former Hall Of Famer and other athletes’ images, names, film footage, etc. to promote the league, but they didn’t get consent. Did they think this was not a big deal? The athletes have filed a lawsuit. You would think the NFL would know better. Mark my words…the next time you go to a game, you are going to have to sign a waiver saying the can use your image as well. I don’t care if you are in the nose bleed seats; speaking of the NFL….the 1972 UNDEFEATED Miami Dolphins were invited to the White House. The reason they didn’t get a chance to visit in 1972, was because the then President Nixon was caught up in Watergate Scandal. Several members of the team were in attendance, but a few are upset that President Obama is occupying the White House. Let me say that I applaud the athletes that did attend this historic event.
