605. Todays topic: aint no day, like today. As I continue along on my spiritual journey of recovery, I am constantly reminded daily of the gifts one can receive, IF they work the program. Sometimes these gifts come as a positive occurrence to myself or others, or a negative event in someone elses life or my own, or maybe just the gifts come just in conversation with someone else...I am learning that theres ALWAYS much to be grateful for. I have a choice today. I can think about the past, and how things could have been different if this happened or if that happened ... I have a choice to dwell in the past, or even get stuck reminiscing too much back there. I also have a choice to get out of my comfort zone and into action, where the real growth happens. They say in the promises that youll be amazed before youre halfway through...and that has been becoming truer and more surreal since day 1. We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it. Im grateful there IS a solution today and I dont need to live my life in IF status anymore. Im grateful the choice of free will/choice. I can take the appropriate action and MAKE a better, more positive life. Not just for me, but for my fellows. Love u all, and enjoy this tune and remember ..
