61st anniversary of the attack on the Moncada barracks in Santiago de Cuba which led to the imprisonment of Fidel Castro and the birth of the Movimiento 26 de Julio ( M-26-7) which led the Cuban revolution six years later. Also the first anniversary of the Economic Freedom Fighters which became the 3rd largest party in the South African parliament and are moving into a strong centrist direction. The EFF represent the movement of a large section of the youth and indicates an anticipation of a far more powerful movement namely the movement of the working class.
