63 Squat Reps(normally I do 100 Reps) 52 Muscle up Day(Looks like pull ups but I push up above the bar)! I was a guest at the Y, they have the Smith Machine which is the safest when you have no spot and do Heavy Squats! The Way I train my body is with my own Body Weight, but when I go to the gym I do heavy weighted squats. Squats are one of the TOP 3 exercises and BEST training exercises for Overall Body Development , Blasting Body Fat and AB Devolopment! I developed my ABS with Squats NOT crunches...you have to FIRST rid the body of fat, then fine tune the ABS with core exercises so that you will be able to see them cosmetically! Your DIET has to be TIGHT! My diet is RAW Vegan Not vegetarian. I dont eat bread, rice probably once a year! ABS anybody??? KEEP it MOVING!!!
