65kg Turkish Get Up. Previously my 1-rep max but now repeatable with improving form every time. Tried the 70kg today but it was just out of reach, again on the lunge, but Im working on that. For anyone who is interested in a thinking approach to their training, learning how to focus your strength through multiple planes with control and good technique; please get in touch.
