68 Days to go. Still knocking out Fountain of Youth Yoga everyday. Feeling much better physically for sure. Im still cautious with my back during upward dog though. Its really cool feeling your body working better and better. Listening to some form of positive affirmations everyday. Have to drive out the ANTs (automatic negative thoughts) we all have going on. I meditate everyday during yoga right now, but I think Im going to begin a separate practice just for some meditation alone too. The mirror work is getting a little better I guess. I need to add that to the Way of Life app. The other recent additions to the app were set daily priorities, be grateful, and take vitamins.
