6wk appointment today for our little Superman was excellent. He now weighs 9bs 14.5oz and is 21.5 inches long. His heart echo looks so awesome. The heart is still not functioning 100% but that is too be expected. The left ventricle was so enlarged for so long, now that the tunnel has been repaired it will take sometime for it to be a normal size. They have always been more concerned with the heart function and squeeze. We were once on the very severe side of poor function and we continue to improve and now we are moderate to good. The repair surgery was flawless and he doesnt have any leaking or regurgitation. :) They are very amazed and so happy with how he looks. They said we are doing an phenomenal job. I said they are the ones that are amazing they saved our little boys life. Hes been a miracle since the beginning. We are so overjoyed and happy. Thank you to all for the prayers for our family. We continue to be blown away by the support and generosity. We are so appreciative and thankful. Beyond blessed. Thank you!❤️
