7/4/13 food diary (Dinner was a little more food than I had planned but still not too bad) Breakfast/pre workout: protein shake (chocolate protein and PB2 Post workout: hand full of almonds, 1/2 protein bar Lunch: chicken salad w/almonds and grapes on Ezekiel pita Snack: pear and almond butter Dinner: 1/2 cheeseburger with avocado, tomato & onion, 1/2 jalapeño brat on tortilla, grilled zucchini, beans, 5 chips and a small amount of dip. Snack: small square of fruit pizza Supplements: MAP, Iron, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12
