7 DAY SPOTLIGHT - DAY 5 (From the Residents!): Jodi R. – Home, thats how I would describe the Canal House Apartments. Beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is just simply amazing. The location to everything I need is within walking distance. Great restaurants with wonderful shopping. Mary – As a long term resident here, I am grateful to say I know the leasing staff greatly cares for their residents. Living here has also proven that you will have quality people as neighbors, who quickly become exceptional friends! Having all that Manayunk has to offer right outside your front door? There really is no better place for me to call home. David W. – I chose Canal House because of the location, off street parking, and the mix of old and new styling. I still live here because of the value and the quick response to service requests. I live in Manayunk for the neighborhood feeling, the local businesses, and access to Septa. Taylor S. – The Canal House Apartments are the best. They offer a ton of space for a reasonable price, the building is gorgeous with exposed brick and open ceilings, and they are located right in the heart of Manayunk. I always get compliments from visitors when they open the gate off of the street and enter the cozy courtyard. I love living in Manayunk because I still get the city atmosphere I was looking for but with the small business/local community feel of a tiny town. I can get my cup of coffee, drop off my dry cleaning, go to yoga, shop, eat at amazing restaurants, and get my hair/nails done all on one street.
