7 Kgosi broke down in tears,I walked to him and picked him up,he was shaking,I walked downstairs with him and went to the kitchen,I put him on the counter and gave him water,I then sat on the couch with him,put his head on my lap.Twenty minutes later,JH came running the stairs crying,he sat next to me,I pulled him closer to me,Hope walked to the kitchen.I stood up and took Kgosi to bed,then came for JH.I got in the bedroom and locked.I prayed then got in bed,Hope knocked,I ignored him till I fell asleep. The following day I bathed and,dressed up and walked to the downstairs,Hope was sleeping on the couch,I went to the nursery,kissed my girls and left to work.Hope called,I ignored his calls,got to work and sat in the office,An hour later he walked in Hope:Can we talk? Me:Iam busy Hope:Pearl Me:I said am busy Lucas knocked once and walked in Lucas:The meeting is in twenty minutes Me:Thank you Lucas:You prepared? I nodded.He walked out and closed the door,I packed my laptop and walked to the boadroom,leaving Hope behind.Two hours later,he was still in the office,I cleared my desk Hope:Let me explain I got my bag and walked to the door,he walked past me and closed the door Hope:I thought it wasnt loaded,am sorry Me:You should have put the gun in the safe,you know we have kids,you are so irresponsible Hope:Our kids never use our bedroom Me:So that makes it right for you to leave a loaded gun anywhere in the house? Hope:No babe Me:Move He moved,I opened the door and walked out. Later on,the kids were helping me in the kitchen,Hope walked in and they did fistbump,he kissed me on the cheek and picked Anele up Hope:Tell your mother that am sorry,Ill take care of it Anele giggled Hope:Tell her that I love her,and I hate fighting with her I walked to the dining room and set the tables,I then dished for Anele and charity and fed them.We all gathered around the table,Kgosi said grace and we ate.Masego cleaned the kitchen and I put the kids to bed,I then went to the bedroom,showered,Hope sat on the bed,busy on his laptop Hope:Your silence is killing me Pearl I took the laundry basket to the laundry room,I took out clothes to sort them in colours,one of Hopes T shirt had blood on it,I walked upstairs with it Me:Whats this? I said spreading it out,he looked at me,and stood up Me:Iam talking to you Hope:I had to sort out something Me:What?who? Hope:I cant tell you,Iam sorry
