7 days of Ramadan and lost 4 kilo. Not bad, walhamdulillah. One of the lessons learned from Ramadan is how little food you actually need during the day. I usually eat one meal for iftar, and then I drink a glass of milk for suhur, and I am getting fine along all day without feeling hungry. When at work I sometimes feel thirst, but that is because I am sweating due to work or bicycling, but even thirst is really no big deal. Ramadan is about the spiritual essence of life, and once the motivation slides into place, the body relaxes and follows through.
