The former WWE champion turned actor has revealed the diet and regime he uses to get super buff! Named “The Hercules” diet on social media, he chows down on seven meals a day! And these meals are bigger than your typical sandwich, bowl of cereal or meat and two veg. For example, before bed every night, this guy has ten eggs. TEN EGGS. Combined with his insane work out schedule and his strict, protein packed diet, we can see how he managed to get THIS big! “THE HERCULES DIET” - for one day - consists of: Meal 1: 10oz. filet w/ 4 egg whites, 5oz oatmeal or cream of wheat (measured dry) Meal 2: 8oz chicken, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup broccoli Meal 3: 8oz. halibut, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup broccoli Meal 4: 8oz. chicken. 12 oz. baked potato, 1 cup broccoli Meal 5: 8oz. halibut, 1.5 cups white rice, 1 cup asparagus Meal 6: 8oz. filet, 9 oz. baked potato w/ salad Meal 7: 30grams casein protein, 10 egg whites scrambled w/ onions, peppers & mushrooms
