7 things about me you did not know STRICTLY FITNESS & NUTRITION 1) I do not have a scheduled day off on the gym. To me it goes with brushing my teeth. If I can brush my teeth I can make it to the gym. If a morning comes when I cannot brush my teeth, I have much bigger problems than worrying about the gym! 2) I eat anywhere to 1/2 a box to a full box of dried cereal between 8pm-1am 3) I have never and will never cut calories. I am an athlete. I simply out train my consumption. 4) I prefer to train alone. Lifting partners tend to slow me down and become a distraction. The whining about being sore, lack of rest periods or volume of sets pisses me off!! 5) I could care less what other guys are doing in the gym. How much they lift or flex in the mirror. However when I see women, particularly older women training hard with the weights I stop and mentally applaud!! 6) The majority of my nutrition during the work day is liquid calories. I am far too busy to waste time and energy digesting a bunch of meals 7) I was stronger and bigger at 17 years old than I am now. Thats why I laugh when people assume I do steroids. I squatted 600 pounds before I had my license!!
