7 years ago, I tore ligaments and tendons in my right ankle, on an icy dock plate at Federal Mogul. I have had some discomfort on stairs lately , so I have been wearing a brace given to me by the foot and ankle center in 09. So what does it mean , when I get home from work after 10 hours on my feet , and I cannot tell where my calf ends and my ankle begins, both the same size. Oh , and cannot move my toes very well.
