7 years ago, we planted 15,000 white daffodils at a clients house. They are insanely beautiful when they are in bloom.... This year, they bloomed a lot less than normal so we are digging them up and dividing them. We will fertilize with some bulb food and replant. Bulbs that have been growing in the same area for many years will sometimes need to be divided. Bulbs normally produce new bulb growth every few years resulting in clumps of bulbs that compete for nutrients and space. When this happens the plant will cease blooming. With all of our hard work today, we will have an amazing show this coming spring!
