7 years in this fit journey and its pretty amazing seeing how quick SA is getting on the map in regards to the fit life. Ive seen so many of you guys and girls morph its insane. Ive met so many new monsters I wouldnt trade it for anything. Its super motivating to watch. Sometimes you feel like a proud father or a learning son depending on how you look at it. Humbling experience too. From strangers to people I went to high school with. Many of you guys and girls pick my brain, compliment me, and meet and greet when you see me out. Shit keeps me pumped. Im just trying to be better than I was yesterday as a man and as a human being. I encourage all of us to continue this family of respect and upbuild each other. Mentally and physically.
