70 officials found absent from duty in Budgam Srinagar, May 21: (GNS) Disciplinary action has been ordered against 70 Officers and Officials found absent from duty in Budgam on Thursday, an official said in a statement. During the surprise inspection of various District Offices including CA&PD, Programme Officer ICDS, Deputy Registrar Cooperative, Block Development Office, Irrigation Sub-Division, Rural Engineering Wing, District Panchayat Office, DRDA, IWMP, PHE, R&B, PDD and Hydraulic Circle Budgam. Additional District Development Commissioner Budgam found 70 officers and officials unauthorizedly absent from duties. Concerned officers were directed to take disciplinary action against the absentees as per rules.
