#7153 From December twelfth to right after Xmas, I e-mailed literally over five hundred places in a particular state looking for an internship. Many places do not even respond, and a lot of responses were rejections. I have a friend in that state who says part of my problem is the amount of poverty there, and I should consider going elsewhere. Due to financial constraints, I need an internship that pays me. How am I supposed to get an actual job in the future if I cannot even find an internship? I am hellbent on interning and moving to a particular state, but also having second thoughts at this point. Even if I do find an internship, I have started wondering if I will be able to find a job there later.
