745 DAYS LEFT.... LETS ROLL... This moment is the litmus test for the next Congress. Boehner has to be opposed right at the very outset else he will steamroller conservatives for the next two years. If conservatives cave, they will no longer have a credible voice and no one will fear them or take account of their concerns. Its about establishing power and position right from the outset. Ya gotta be willing to play hardball and be willing to sacrifice. Our Founders put everything they had, family, treasure, property, their lives, at risk to establish this Nation and its principles. Conservatives are being asked to sacrifice possible choice committee positions or assignments. Maybe a vote or two of support for some legislation theyve authored (which will likely be shot down even if they accept the Speaker and his minions support). Not even close to the trade off our forefathers were willing to make. This is the vote that separates the men from the boys. We need pit bulls and not poodles. If someone refuses to stand up against Boehner after all of the crap that Boehner has pulled on conservatives, then he or she is a phony as far as I am concerned. If Boehner survives, he will continue to treat conservatives like crap in Congress. He simply has to be taken down tomorrow. Conservatives in the House need to understand that if they want to be a force to be reckoned with, they need to use their veto out of the gate to block the Speaker. 29 of them, voting for someone other than Boehner, will do just that. And doing so will then give them leverage throughout the next Congress.
