745PM: Freezing rain mixed with sleet has developed from the Alpine Mountains northeast into the Concho Valley towards Big Lake and San Angelo. This area of winter precipitation will expand north and northeast over the next few hours. Road conditions in the South Plains, Permian Basin, and Concho Valley are slick and hazardous and will remain so into Thursday. Much of North Texas (including D/FW) will remain dry over the next few hours. Well be posting updates every one to two hours through the evening.
