75 MW PV Plant Supervisor Roles and responsibilities • Manage all operations and maintenance functions in the 75MW PV Plant. • Will be appointed as the responsible person on Kalkbult Solar Plant. • Perform scheduled reporting to O& M Management. • Ensure proper planning of work activities by Vendors, Subcontractors, Security companies, Clients. • Ensure safe supervision of scheduled work activities on site. • Perform PV plant monitoring checks and data analysing functions daily based on automation system.(Scada) • Perform Quality checks on Plant equipment. • Perform Electrical maintenance and trouble-shooting duties. • Perform general employee training tasks. • Responsible for implementation of H.S.E and QC & QA standards related to site. • Ensure up keep of plant equipment, vehicles, stores and control rooms. • Ensure control of spare parts on site and electrical testing equipment. • Ensure proper access control during scheduled site visits. Minimum Requirements • Strong Technical, Maintenance, Construction skills. • Strong Supervisor/ Management skills. • Strong trouble shooting skills in Automation or Instrumentation and Data Communication. • Ability to read and understand Civil, Electrical and Structural drawings related to PV Plant. • Well developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as customers, contractors and vendors. • Ability to work at high pressure situations. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.( outlook, word, excel) • Medical fit Education and Experience • Instrumentation or Electrical Technicians • Strong Monitoring, Fault analysing experience. • Technician/ • Trade Qualified • At least 5-10 year experience as Supervisor/ Manager level Please email CVs so info@maverick-rs
