7am Bootcamp warm up: Carried a tractor tyre above head, while running along icey railway sleeper tracks. Dodged broken glass, and uneven tracks and rocky surface. Ran to Blaze Fitness aprox 2km away. Every 5 minute interval stopped to do, mountain climbs, press ups, f##ken burpees, tricep dips and other exercises. Blaze Fitness: Interval Weights training: Russian step ups, both legs on a half metre box with 5kg weights in-hand, sit ups while lifting a 4kg kettlebell in the air, 10kg dumbbell press, bent over dumbbell row. 2 sets with no rest period. Brief 30 second waterstop. Warm down: 2km run home with run-walk lamp-posts. Loved it!! Im gonna be wearing a #12 Bikini Xmas 2013.
