7pm status 258th Thought -Age for Marriage View- There was a time when we believed in god and considered religion as the way to believe in god. But some way,some ethics,some views SAID THESE ARE OUR RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES and WE MUST ABIDE THEM . Nobody knows who wrote them and we all followed it blindly. Such a principle in one religion was WOMEN SHOULD MARRY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE . Following that principle,many girls who had great aspirations about their future married at the age of 18. Well thanks to the government for making it,atleast 18,or else...things would have been much worse. But if marriage is ones private decision,or atleast FAMILYs DECISION,then.. Why in the world is this RELIGION DECIDING THE AGE FOR A GIRL TO MARRY ?? Just because some priests said something,doesnt mean that is said by god. One of the reasons to justify their act was Women go out of the correct path if they are given freedom. But Only women go out of path ?? Everyone has dreams and now we are making the SAME GOD a reason to HINTER the DREAMS of a girl. If our laws and constitution can be amended....why cant our religious thoughts and books be amended ??? #Development is not just with the status of living,its for our VIEWS TOO....
