Optimal sources of protein are those that are lower in saturated fat, such as yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, turkey, soy and egg whites. On average, men need approximately 5 to 7 ounces of protein per meal while women need approximately 4 to 6 ounces of protein per meal. LAST POINT I WANT YOU TO CHECK IS ... ARE YOU DEHYDRATED?? Water I know I go on but it could be as easy as your not drinking enough. Think are you not tired...are you thirsty?! In order to fight fatigue, make sure you are hydrating yourself daily with 6 to 8 glasses of fresh, clean water, herbal tea.
